Accessibility policy

We are committed to keeping е accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of their needs. The functionality and the content of the portal are designed completely with focus on your needs. Our aim is to provide sufficiently clear, understandable, and useful information, regardless of how you perceive it.

In order to provide convenience and access to the information, offered by the portal, for every user we follow the practices established by the standards of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0).

Accessibility Standards

е has been built using code compliant with W3C standards for XHTML and CSS. The portal displays correctly in current browsers and using standards compliant XHTML/CSS code means it will also display correctly in any future browsers. It covers AA level according to the Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0).

Whilst we strive to provide unobstructed access to information in the portal, sometimes you may experience difficulties. The links to the electronic services, offered by е, lead to external web pages, which are beyond our control, and which may not completely comply with the accessibility standards.
