You can apply for EUR. 1 movement certificate if you export goods for countries outside the European Union (EU). This certificate serves for acquiring tariff preferences in the importing country, on the grounds of free trade agreement signed between the said country and EU.

The certificate is issued upon your written request filed by you, or by your authorized representative. The customs authorities, issuing the certificate shall take any steps necessary to verify the origin of the products and to check the compliance with the other requirements.

Necessary documents:

1. Application for issuance of movement certificate EUR. 1, according to approved specimen;
2. Additional documents, proving the conformity with the requirements for acquiring of preferential origin of the exported goods, under Free Trade Agreement between EU and the importing country. Those documents must prove the compliance of the rule for acquiring originating status. The documents may be:

• supplier’s declaration, or long-term supplier’s declaration, in the cases, when the exporter has no part in the manufacturing of the exported goods;
• if the exporter is also manufacturer – accounting documents/ calculation, regarding the use of materials with/ without origin, with the respective values, with documents, certifying the origin of the used materials;
• in export of unprocessed agricultural products – invoices or agreements for purchase of the production by the exporter, or other documents.
