Authorisation for authorised consignor status, as simplification in transit procedure

Service description

Customs Agency issues authorisation for authorized consignor status, which simplifies the transit procedure.

 

When you have the status of authorised consignor you are not required to present the goods and the associated declaration at the Customs Office. The simplification is valid for the Customs Office, from the goods will be send, as well as for any other location, where this is permitted.

 

To receive authorised consignor status, you must meet the following conditions:

 

  • to be established in the Community;
  • to send regularly goods placed under common/ Community transit procedure;
  • to have valid comprehensive guarantee of common/ Community transit procedure, or authorisation for guarantee waiver;
  • absence of serious or repeated infringements of the customs or tax legislation;
  • to keep records, allowing appropriate customs control;
  • to exchange electronic data for the transit procedure with the Customs Office of destination, through established “system-system” connection.

To request the service you must have qualified electronic signature and registration in the portal for electronic services of Customs Agency.

You will receive the service result as follows:

 

  • electronically – on email or through the portal for electronic services of Customs Agency;
  • at the National Customs Agency;
  • through postal courier services, to your correspondence address;
  • through postal courier services, to other address;

Fees, terms and conditions

Terms: You will receive the result within 3 months after filing the application.
