Service description

The term “customs procedure with economic impact” is valid for goods, placed under the following procedures:

 

  • customs warehousing;
  • inward processing;
  • processing under customs control;
  • temporary importation;
  • outward processing.

 

You can use any of these procedures, provided that you have the respective authorisation issued by Customs Agency. Another necessary condition is that you keep records, allowing effective customs control.

 

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents:

 

  • Application form.
  • Application for authorisation, for import of goods with specific use.
  • Application for renewal or modification of issued authorisation.

 

* In case the application is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.

To request the service you must have qualified electronic signature and registration in the portal for electronic services of Customs Agency.
