Service description
The service allows you to pay the difference between the right to build on built-up area and total built-up area of villa building in Saint Konstantin Resort.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form.
2. For new construction:
- contract for established construction right;
- architectural project of the building.
3. For buildings, which are not commissioned:
- contract for established construction right;
- architectural project of the building;
- building permit;
- executive documentation (when there are insignificant deviations);
- geodetic survey of the building.
4. For buildings, which are commissioned:
- contract for established construction right;
- document for ownership of the building;
- architectural survey of the building;
- building permit or legalising certificate;
In case the application is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Please, file the application and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.

Fee: 2% of the right.
