Service description
You will be issued a certificate for degree of completion of construction.
The service is provided to anyone, who wishes to perform transactions with real property during the stages of construction.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form.
- Identity Card.
- Document for paid fee.
- Document of property.
- Approved construction papers - through official channels.
- Act. Form 14 for accepting the construction.
- Certificate for current status - only for firms.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Troyan.

Please, file the application and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens, Municipal Administration, 1, Vazrazdane Square, Troyan.
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.
How to get the results?
- On site at the Center of Administrative Services.
- Online by e-mail.
- By a licensed postal operator to a specified by You exact address, declaring that the postal expenses are at your own, payable upon receiving internal parcels and You agree the documents to be transferred for official purposes.
