Issuance of an extract from the register of title (the register list) to the cadastral plan
Service description
The Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency provides extract from the register of title (register list) to the cadastral plan.
Who may request the service?
- Any interested person, regardless of whether they are owner of the property or not. In case the applicant does not file the application personally:
- legal representative;
- authorized person with power of attorney;
- Institution or municipality, on the grounds of signed contract specifying the procedures and the way of providing the service.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form.
- Document for paid fee.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

How to get the results?
- On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
- Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).
Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term:
- Regular Service: 3 working days.
- Rush Service: 1 working day.
- Express Service: 4 hours*.
*you may use express service, if:
- you file the application at the administrative service desk in territorial Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
- pay the fee through ePay or charged account.
Fees for citizens:
The service fee is not less than 5.00 BGN for one extract, as for one property, the prices are as follows:
- Regular Service: 0.50 BGN.
- Rush Service: 0.75 BGN for 1 property.
- Express Service: 1.50 BGN for 1 property.
Fees for institutions and municipalities:
- 20% of the fee for the respective service, when the properties belong to the respective municipality.
