Recertification of 6-month validity sketch
Service description
Your sketch of property (land plot, building or individual unit in building) will be recertified.
You will need to recertify the sketch you intend to use, if its validity of 6 (six) months has expired.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form.
- Copy of title deed.
- Certificate of heirs, if necessary.
In case the application is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Please, file the application and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.
