In case of separation of property, you need a sketch-project reflecting the changes, which will occur in the cadastral map. The Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office issues a sketch-project, which contains:

• sketch of the property;
• design line of separation or change of border (it is traced and/ or mapped on location and coordinated before the preparation of the sketch);
• the identifiers and the areas of the newly-formed land properties;
• the numbers of the geodetic coordinates of the points from the design line.

The partition must comply with the requirements for minimal sizes and areas of the land properties on urbanized territories.

To use this service you need to file the following documents:​

1. Application form.
2. A copy of the property or right to build.
3. Certificate of heirs, or power of attorney when the application is filed by heir or authorized person.
4. Excerpt from the cadastral map, on which is outlined the request for partition or protocol for checking the draft amendment of the cadastral map with control software – Service Result: Checking with control software, including the issuance of this document.
5. Document for paid fee.

• On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
• Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).

Performance term:

• Regular Service: 1 month for one property.
• Rush Service: 10 working day for one property.
• Express Service: 3 working day for one property.

Fee:

• Regular Service: 50.00 BGN.
• Rush Service: 70.00 BGN.
• Express Service: 150.00 BGN.
