Preparation of project for consolidation of land property
Service description
The purpose of the service is to mark on the cadastral map consolidation of real properties, upon request of the owner. The draft sketch for consolidation of properties is prepared according to template and contains:
- sketch of the properties;
- sign marking the deleted line between the properties the deleted identifiers of the properties;
- the identifier of the newly formed property;
- sign marking the deleted line between the properties the deleted identifiers of the properties, marked in green.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form.
- Copy of document of property.
- Certificate of inheritance or a power of attorney where the application is filed respectively by the heir or by an authorized person.
- Protocol from the inspection of the draft amendment of the cadastral map with control software (test of service Inspection with control software, including the issuance document for this).
- Document for paid fee.
In case you are not the owner of the property, you will need notarized power of attorney or certificate for heirs.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

How to get the results?
- On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
- Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).
Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term:
- Regular Service: 3 working days.
- Rush Service: 1 working day.
- Express Service: 4 hours.
Fees:
- Regular Service: 15.00 BGN (the price is for each one of the consolidated properties).
- Rush Service: 22.50 BGN (the price is for each one of the consolidated properties).
- Express Service: 45.00 BGN (the price is for each one of the consolidated properties).
