Coordination of projects for construction of road connections with municipal roads for single site

Service description

The Mayor of Municipality Peshtera issues an order for passage through municipal land properties, when other technical solution is not economically beneficial. The Chief Architect of the Municipality approves the order. The order is entered into the register of properties under the batch of the land property and in the title deed for municipal property.

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents:

 

1. Application form.

 

2. Visa for design, in case the property has cultural value.

 

3. Three copies of the investment project, including the scope and the nature of the investment works, broken down by specialties.

 

4. Preliminary contracts with the utility companies for connection to the networks of the technical infrastructure.

 

5. Declaration of consent from the owners, when the property is co-owned or is subject to condominium ownership, if required.
