Service description
You will be issued a certificate for registration in the population register.
Who may request the service?
Foreign nationals who have received permit for long-term or permanent residence in Republic of Bulgaria.
Foreign nationals who have received refugee status, humanitarian status, or were granted asylum in Republic of Bulgaria.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form.
2. Identification document.
3. Notification letter from District Directorate of Ministry of Interior – Pazardzhik, Migration Directorate, that you have residence permit.
4. Receipt for paid fee.
In case the request is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.
How to request the service?
1. Apply online
To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the request and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.

Express Service: 24 hours.

Regular Service: 3.00 BGN;
Rush Service: 6.00 BGN;
Express Service: 9.00 BGN.
