The Mayor of Municipality Peshtera issues a permit for construction of fortifications and/ or public works in Saint Konstantin Resort.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form.
2. Copy of title deed for building or established construction right.
3. Public works project.
In case the request is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Please, file the request and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.
