Acceptance and processing of documents for payment of monetary (BGN) compensation to holders of housing-saving deposits
Service description
The right to monetary compensation appears in the cases, when there is acquisition or beginning of construction of residence, or ideal parts thereof, in one of the following ways:
- purchase of residence from the Municipality;
- purchase of residence from institution;
- purchase of residence from the free market;
- individual or group housing construction;
- housing cooperative;
- construction of residence through a merchant, as defined in the Commercial Act.
You may request this service if you are included in the final lists of the depositors, who have acquired, or have commenced construction of residence by 21 November 2013.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form.
- Copy of housing-saving book.
- Identification document.
In case the request is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.
