You will be issued a certificate for presence or absence of obligations under the Local Taxes and Fees Act. The Certificate can be provided personally to the applicant by email or licensed courier services.
Who is it intended for?
- for any person, who is a party in the above mentioned documents;
- legal representative of the respective person;
- a person authorized with a notarized power of attorney;
- for any person, who obtains rights from the issuance of the certificate, if there is a certificate for provision of documents from state authorities and on the grounds of document issued by judicial, prejudicial, or administrative authority.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form for issuance of document.
2. Power of Attorney certified by Notary Public.
3. Court Certificate.
4. Certificate from administrative autority.
5. Administrative document.
6. Document for paid fee.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have qualified electronic signature, electronis identity or username and password and registered on Portal for administrative services Municipality Sofia.

- Rush Service: 3 days.
- Express Service: 24 hours or 2 days.
Fee:
- Regular Service: 5,00 BGN.
- Rush Service: 7,50 BGN.
- Express Service: 10,00 BGN.
