You will be issued certificate of tax assessment of real estate and unfinished construction.

 

Who is it intended for?

  • for any person, who wishes to establish whether there are any outstanding liabilities subject to enforced collection related to taxes, duties and mandatory social security payments;
  • for any person, who needs to determine the notary fee for transfer or establishment of real rights to property;
  • for any person, who needs to determine the size of inheritance tax;
  • for any person, who needs to determined the size of the tax for property acquired as donation or against payment.

What do I need to prepare?

 

To use the service, you must submit the following documents:

 

  1. Application form.
  2. Notarized power of attorney, if needed.
  3. Court certificate, if needed.
  4. Certificate of pre-trial court or authority, if needed.
  5. Certificate by an administrative authority, leading the administrative proceedings, if needed.
  6. Initiating document / act, if needed.
  7. Document for paid fee.

  • Express service: 3 days.

  • Regular service: 17,00 BGN.
  • Rush service: 25,50 BGN.
  • Express service: 34,00 BGN.
