Certificate for due and paid inheritance tax

You will be issued a certificate for due and paid inheritance tax.

 

Who is it intended for?

  • for any heir by law or by will or legatee;
  • legal representative or authorized person;
  • for any person, who obtains rights from the issuance of the certificate, if there is a certificate for provision of documents from state authorities.

What do I need to prepare?

To use the service, you must submit the following documents:

 

  1. Application form.
  2. Notarized power of attorney, if needed.
  3. Court certificate, if needed.
  4. Certificate of pre-trial court or authority, if needed.
  5. Certificate by an administrative authority, leading the administrative proceedings, if needed.
  6. Initiating document / act, if needed.
  7. Document for paid fee.
