You will be issued certificate for facts and circumstances relating to the territorial planning for a real property.

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents:

 

  1. Application form
  2. Document of property -  copy

 

How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Troyan.

Please, file the application and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Administrative Services; 1, Vazrazdane Square, Troyan. 

 

Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.

How to get the results?

  • On site at the Center of Administrative Services.
  • Electronically to a specified e-mail address.
  • By a licensed postal operator to a specified by You exact address, declaring that the postal expenses are at your own, payable  upon receiving internal parcels and You agree the documents to be transferred for official purposes.

Fees, terms and conditions

Term:

  • Regular service: 10 days.
  • Fast service: 5 days.
  • Express service: 2 days 

 

Fee:

  • Regular service: 20 BGN.
  • Fast service: 30 BGN.
  • Express service: 40 BGN.
