Certificate for identity of regulated land property
Service description
You will be issued certificate for identity of the property between the title deed and the current urban development plan.
The service is provided to anyone, who needs document, certifying the following:
- that the same property had different identification numbers in the cadastral map (current and previous);
- identity between the title deed and the valid cadastral, regulation or detailed development plan;

What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form.
2. Copy of title deed.
3. Certificate of heirs, if necessary (the certificate is issued officially, when the holders of the title, and their deceased heirs, had permanent address in Peshtera).
4. Construction papers.
In case the application is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.
