Issuance of visa for design under art. 140
Service description
You will be issued visa for design for beginning of new construction or reconstruction of already existing building.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form;
2. ID Card;
3. Receipt for paid fee;
4. Document for ownership;
5. Original design sketch.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Troyan.

Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.
How to get the results?
