Permit for installation of movable facilities as per Art. 56 of the Spatial Planning Act
Service description
You will be issued a permit for installation of movable facilities on the territory of the Municipality.
Who is it intended for?
For any person, who wishes to receive permit for installation of movable facilities on the territory of the Municipality. Permit is issued forthe following movable facilities:
- for sale and other servicing activities – kiosks, cabins, tables;
- elements of urban furniture – public transport stops, benches, lighting elements, waste bins, drinking fountains, water decoration, clocks, etc.
The movable facilities shall not have permanent connection with the terrain, therefore they shall not disturb the pavement beneath them. The permit is a document, allowing the installation of the said facilities in properties – private, municipal, or state-owned.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form.
- Copy of title deed.
- Rental agreement (established right to use).
- Engineering opinion or project, if necessary.
In case the application is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.
