Issuance of sketch of property

Service description

You will be issued sketch of property (land plot, building or individual unit in building).

You need sketch, when you wish to perform transactions with the property. 

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents:

 

  1. Application form.
  2. Identity Card.
  3. Document for a paid fee.
  4. Document of property.
  5. Certificate of heirs.

 

How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Troyan.

Please, file the application and the other documents at the "Center for Administrative Services"; 1, Vazrazdane Square, Troyan.

 

Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.

How to get the results?

  • On site at the Center of Administrative Services.
  • Electronically to a specified e-mail address.
  • By a licensed postal operator to a specified by You exact address, declaring that the postal expenses are at your own, payable  upon receiving internal parcels and You agree the documents to be transferred for official purposes.

  • Express service: 2 days.
