Application of changes in the cadastral register of immovable properties

Service description

The service allows you to certify the corresponding changes in the cadastral register of the real estate, in order to maintain cadastral register in good standing as a result of any changes in:

  • division, separation and amalgamation of landed estates;
  • subdivision and amalgamation of buildings or individual units in them;
  • removal of deficiencies and errors;
  • applying detailed spatial and urban plans and their modifications;
  • change the boundaries of the land as a result of changing the boundaries of administrative-territorial units of land borders and the borders of the territories are equally sustainable use;
  • constructed, upgraded and upgraded buildings, removed buildings and reconstructed buildings or independent units in them;
  • change of use, method of permanent use and the addresses of properties;
  • change data ownership and other real rights and their holders;
  • changing the boundaries of landed properties by mutual consent of the owners.

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents:

 

  1. Application form (online or at the Administrative service desk).
  2. Copy of the title deeds, subject to registration or other documents proving the required change.
  3. Copy of the sketch, on the grounds of which is issued the document (for land property).
  4. Document for paid fee.

 

In case you are not the owner of the property, you will need notarized power of attorney, or certificate of heirs.

How to request the service?

1. Apply online

To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.

At the administrative service desk

Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

  • On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
  • Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).

Fees, terms and conditions

Performance term:

  • Regular Service: 3 working days.
  • Rush Service: 1 working day.
  • Express Service: 4 hours.

Fees: 

  • Regular Service: 10.00 BGN for one point.
  • Rush Service: 15.00 BGN for one point.
  • Express Service: 30.00 BGN for one point.

 For institutions and municipalities: 20% off the fee.
