Service description
You will be issued sketch for property subject to restoration, located on urbanized territories.
The service is provided to all persons, who wish to restore their right of ownership of property, subject to restoration
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form.
- Resolution of Municipal Service Agriculture and Forests, for recognized ownership.
- Certificate of heirs – original (issued officially, when the holders of the title, and their deceased heirs, had permanent address in Peshtera).
In case the application is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the request and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.
How to get the results?
At the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens.
The results can be delivered to you by courier for your expense.

Fee:
20.00 BGN for certificate;
30.00 BGN for sketch.
