Service description
Request to the teritorial Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre office for application of changes in the cadastral map of land properties accordance of documents for ownership or real right to the property.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application.
2. A copy of the documents of title or right of construction.
3. Certificate of inheritance or attorney when the application is submitted respectively by the treasurer or by an authorized person.
4. Protocol by checking the draft amendment of the cadastral map with control software (Test service Checking with control software, including the issuance of this document).
5. Document for paid fee.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.

Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

- On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
- Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).
Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term:
- Regular Service: 1 month.
- Rush Service: 10 working days.
- Express Service: 3 working days.
The price per changed point or new point of the boundary property:
- Regular Service: 7,00 BGN.
- Rush Service: 10,50 BGN.
- Express Service: 21,00 BGN.
Prices for the performance of service departments and municipalities:
- Reasons for providing data and services to departments and municipalities under contract arrangements for service provision.
- To perform services for properties owned by agencies or municipalities the amount owed is 20% of the fee.
