Provision of copies of the cadastral plan

Service description

You will be issued a copy of the cadastral plan or parts of it (cadastral sheet, hand sketch, schedules and excerpt of construction and regulation plan (detailed plan)).

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents: 

 

 
  1. Application form.
  2. Document of ownership - copy.

How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Please, file the declaration and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Local Revenues Service, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.

 
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.

  • By e-mail.
