The purpose of the service is to reflect in the cadastral map and registers the partition of landed property located in non-urbanized territory.

The sketch-project for partition of the land (differentiation of real certain part of the land) is made according to a standard form and contains:

• Sketch of property.
• The project line of partition or change of the border (traced and/or marked on site and coordinated before producing of sketch-project).
• Identifiers and areas of new formed land properties.
• The numbers and geodetic coordinates of the points of project line.

The partition complies with the requirements for minimum dimensions and areas of landed properties in non-urbanized areas.

To use this service you need to file the following documents: 

1. Application form.
2. A copy of the property or right of construction.
3. Certificate of inheritance or a power of attorney when the application is submitted by the heir or by an authorized person.
4. Excerpt of the cadastral map, which is reflecting the request for partition or protocol of checking the draft amendment of the cadastral map with a control computer program - the result of service: Checking control computer program, including the issuance of this document.
5. Document for paid fee.

• On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
• Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).

Performance term:

• Regular Service: 1 month for one property.
• Rush Service: 1 working day for one property.
• Express Service: 3 working days for one property.

Fee:

• Regular Service: 25.00 BGN.
• Rush Service: 37.50 BGN.
• Express Service: 75.00 BGN.
