Providing graphic or digital copy of digitalized cadastral plan (without ownership data)
Service description
You will be issued graphic or digital copy of digitalized cadastral plan (without ownership data).
Who can request the service?
Any person or legal entity can receive the copy. The copy is used for references: for preparation in investment projects, when assigning development plans, for preparation of plotting plans, for territories, for which there is no valid cadastral map.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form
2. Document for paid fee.
3. Data*.
*Note: In the application form you must specify the territory or the properties, for which you request the service, or to attach a file containing the outline of the territory in CAD4 format.
How to request the service?
1. Apply online
To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

How to get the results?
- On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
- Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).
Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term:
- Regular Service: 3 working days.
- Rush Service: 1 day.
- Express Service: 4 hours (only if the application form is filed at Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office) .
Fees:
1. Graphic copy:
- 2.00 BGN per square decimetre, but not less than 10.00 BGN per copy.
2. Digital copy:
2.1. Non-urbanized area:
- up to 50 land properties – 0.80 BGN for each property, but not less than 10.00 BGN;
- from 50 to 200 land properties – 40.00 BGN + 0.60 BGN for each property over the first 50;
- from 200 to 500 land properties – 130.00 BGN + 0.50 BGN for each property over the first 200;
- from 500 to 1000 land properties – 280.00 BGN + 0.40 BGN for each property over the first 500;
- over 1000 land properties – 480.00 BGN + 0.30 BGN for each property over the first 1000;
2.2. For urbanized area there is a fee under p.1, increased as follows:
- for Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and settlements with national importance – five times;
- for the towns which are regional centres, except those in p.1 – four times;
- for the towns, except for the regional centers – three times;
- for villages and settlements with local importance – two times.
*Note: The fee under p.21. and p.2.2 is reduced with 30%.
- Rush Service: 150% of the price for regular service.
- Express Service: 300 % of the price for regular service.
