Service description
The service allows survey and registration in the cadastral map of changes in the borders of the properties and the outlines of the buildings. When new cadastral objects are created, and when incompleteness and errors are elimited, a draft sketch is prepared for the changes in the cadastral map. The service keeps the cadastral map updated, when there are changes resulting from:
- change of the property borders;
- elimination of incompleteness and errors;
- creation of new cadastrla obejcts.
As a result, the changes of the property borders are certified, in compliance with the title deed or other real rights.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form.
2. A copy of the property or right to build.
3. Certificate of heirs (if you apply as inheritor).
4. Other documents, substantiating the requested service.
5. Document for paid fee.
In case you are not the owner of the property, you will need notarized power of attorney.
How to request the service?
1. Apply online
To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

How to get the results?
- On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
- Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).
Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term:
- Regular Service: 1 month.
- Rush Service: 10 working day.
- Express Service: 3 working days.
Fee:
- Regular Service: 100.00 BGN + 15.00 BGN for each point of the border or the building.
- Rush Service: 150% of the price of the regular service.
- Express Service: 300 % of the price of the regular service.
