Service description
The service specifies the procedures for attributing identifier to real properties and its registration in the cadastral register of identifiers, and their of changes.
Every land property, building or individual unit in building receives identifier. It is a unique number, which identifies the property for the territory of the country. The identifier must include the code according to the Unified Classifier of the administrative - territorial and the territorial units, of the settlement where the property is located.
Identifier is given in the following cases:
- voluntary or court-ordered partition;
- sale of part of the property;
- consolidation of adjacent properties;
- division of property upon request from the owner;
- change of the permanent use.

To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form.
2. Document for paid fee.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

How to get the results?
- On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
- Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).
Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term:
- Regular Service: 3 working days.
- Rush Service: 1 working day.
- Express Service: 4 hours.
Fees:
- Regular Service: 10.00 BGN for one point.
- Rush Service: 15.00 BGN for one point.
- Express Service: 30.00 BGN for one point.
For institutions and municipalities: 20% of the fee.
