Digital copy of cadastral map for non-urbanized area
Service description
Digital copy of cadastral map or a part of it, containing data on the non-urbanized area, may be issued for the territory of the country, which has approved cadastral map.
The valid excerpt from the cadastral map is used for reports, for the needs of the real estate market, for preparation in investment projects, for municipalities when assigning development plans and sketches, for alienation of properties, for preparation of plotting plans, etc.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form
2. Document for paid fee.
In the application form you must specify the territory and / or the identifiers of the properties, for which you request the service, or to attach a file containing the outline of the territory in CAD4 format. The provided data must be archived in *rar format and attached.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

How to get the results?
- On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
- Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).
Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term:
- Regular Service: 3working days.
- Rush Service: 1 day.
- Express Service: 4 hours.
Fees:
- Regular Service:
- up to 50 land properties – 0.80 BGN for each property, but not less than 10.00 BGN.
- from 50 to 200 land properties – 40.00 BGN + 0.60 BGN for each property over the first 50.
- from 200 to 500 land properties – 130.00 BGN + 0.50 BGN for each property over the first 200.
- from 500 to 1000 land properties – 280.00 BGN + 0.40 BGN for each property over the first 500.
- over 1000 land properties – 480.00 BGN + 0.30 BGN for each property over the first 1000.
- Rush Service: 150% of the price for regular service.
- Express Service: 300 % of the price for regular service.
Fees for institutions and municipalities:
- For each update of information – 180.00 BGN for settlements in one municipality.
- For update of information for the territory of one region – 800.00 BGN, and for five or more regions – as negotiated.
- In initial provision of information from the cadastral map in digital format, for more than 3 municipalities, the fees are.
- for 4 to 6 municipalities – 30% of the respective fee.
- for 7 to 10 municipalities – 25% of the respective fee.
- for 11 to 25 municipalities – 20% of the respective fee.
