Recertifying of sketch or scheme/ issue of duplicate
Service description
The service specifies order and conditions of revalidation of a sketch, the issuing of which had expired six months.
Revalidation is performed on the original sketch or diagram provided in the reception office of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
1. Application form.
2. Sketch or diagram - original.
3. Document for paid fee.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

How to get the results?
- On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term:
- Regular Service: 3 working days.
- Rush Service: 1 working day.
- Express Service: 4 h.
Fee:
- Regular Service: 2.00 BGN.
- Rush Service: 3.00 BGN.
- Express Service: 6.00 BGN.
For instituons and municipalities: 20 % of the fee.
