Setting out and marking a boundary of a land property

Service description

The service allows the marking of the boundaries of the land property  on site, based on cadastral data provided by the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office, when the boundaries of the properties are modified with the mutual consent of the owners; the marking of the design line, when the properties are separated or consolidated; the separation of real part from land property, as well as for execution of approved detailed development (urban) plan. This administrative service provides the procedures for setting and/ or marking: 

  • sketch of the property;
  • design line of separation or change of border, respectively the regulatory line (it is traced and/ or mapped on site and coordinated before the preparation of the sketch);
  • the identifiers and the areas of the newly-formed land properties;
  • the numbers of the geodetic coordinates of the points from the design line.

The service is carried out in order to maintain the cadastral map up to date as a result of any changes in:

  • consolidation of land properties;
  • elimination of incompleteness and errors;
  • implementation of active detailed development plans and urban plans and their modifications;
  • change of boundaries of the administrative-territorial units, land boundaries, boundaries of territories with identical permanent use;
  • change of the designation, the permanent use and the addresses of the properties;
  • change of the boundaries of the land properties with mutual consent of the owners.

As a result, the changes in the boundaries of the real property are certified, in accordance with the document of ownership, or other established real rights.

  • The owner of the property.
  • Any holder of real right to the property.
  • Third parties with notorized power of attorney. 

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents

 

1. Application form  (electronically or at service desk).

2. Documents of ownership or transfered construction right.

3. Certificate of heirs, or power of attorney, when the application is filed by heirs or authorized persons.   

4. Other documents, proving grounds for the requested service.

5. Document for paid fee.

To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.

At the administrative service desk

Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

Fees, terms and conditions

Performance:

  • Regular Service: 1 mount.
  • Rush Service: 10 working days.
  • Express Service: 3 working days.

Fee:

  • Regular Service: 100.00 BGN. + по 20.00 BGN. for every mark-out point.
  • Rush Service: 150% over the fee of Regular service.
  • Express Service: 300% over the fee of Regular service.
