Issuance of sketch of individual unit in building

Service description

The sketch is a reference about a property, which is a copy from cadastral map and excerpt from the cadastral registers. 

 

The sketch includes:

  • the boundaries of the plot (the outline of the building);
  • property ID - new and old;
  • number and date of the order approving the cadastral map and the number and date of order for the last amendment to the plot;
  • the address;
  • property area (building area and number of floors);
  • sustainable use of the land use (use of the building);
  • IDs of neighboring land;
  • details of the owner / owners and their respective shares;
  • data document (act) of which the person derives his rights.

The validity of the sketch is 6 months.

 

Who can request this service?

  • Owner of the property.
  • Anyone who owns property right on the property.
  • Others by a notarized power of attorney.

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents: 

 

  1. Application form.
  2. Copy of title deed, or transferred construction right.
  3. Certificate of heirs or notarized power of attorney.
  4. Document for paid fee. 

How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.

Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

How to get the results?

  • On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
  • Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).

Fees, terms and conditions

Performance term:

  • Regular Service: 3 working days.
  • Rush Service: 1 working day.
  • Express Service: 4 hours.

 Fees:

  • Regular Service: 20.00 BGN for one point.
  • Rush Service: 30.00 BGN for one point.
  • Express Service: 60.00 BGN for one point.

For issuance of second and following copies of the sketch:

  • Regular Service: 2.00 BGN.
  • Rush Service: 3.00 BGN.
  • Express Service: 6.00 BGN (only when the application is filed at Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office).
