Issuing a sketch of a landed property or building in urban area
Service description
The service specifies the terms and conditions for issuance of a document certifying the existence of real property in the cadaster, with its boundaries (contours), size and other features, on urbanized area.
Who can request the service?
- Owner of property.
- Everyone who owns property rights.
- Persons by a notarized power of attorney.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form.
- Documents of ownership or right to construction.
- Receipt for paid fee.
In case the application is not filed personally by you, you will need notarized power of attorney.
How to request the service?
1. Apply online
To request the service you must have registration in the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS) and/or qualified electronic signature.
At the administrative service desk
Please, file the application form and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office according to the location of the real property.

How to get the results?
- On site at the desk of the administrative services at the territorial department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office.
- Online - through the Mapping and Administrative Information System (KAIS).
Fees, terms and conditions
Term of performaance:
- Regular service: 3 working days.
- Fast service: 1 working day.
- Express service: 4 hours.
Fee:
- Regular service: 30.00 BGN.
- Fast service: 45.00 BGN.
- Express service: 90.00 BGN.
For institutions and municipalities: 20 % of the fee.
For second and follow copy of the sketch:
- Regular service: 2.00 BGN/ copy.
- Fast service: 3.00 BGN/ copy.
- Express service: 6.00 BGN/ copy.
