Service description
You will be issued documents for opening of construction site and determination of construction line and the level of construction.
With them you certify the presence of conditions for preparation and opening of the construction site and beginning of the construction-assembly works according to the construction line and level determined by the Municipality.
Who is it intended for?
For any investor/ owner, who needs:
- certification of the beginning of the construction and the occupation of the terrain, where the construction works will be executed;
- certification of the order book of the construction;
- proof for the legality of the construction.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Please, file the application and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.
