Acceptance and approval of project for detailed development plan (DDP). Approval of partial modification of DDP

Service description

You will be issed an approval of project for detailed development plan (DDP).

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents: 

 

1. Document for ownership – copy;

2. Complete project for detailed development plan;

3. Certificate of heirs (if necessary).

4. Order/opinion for allowance of DDP, as per Art.135(3) of the Spatial Planning Act;

5. Information for the interested persons as per under Art.131 of SPA – name and address.

How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Please, file the declaration and the other documents personally, or through authorized person, at the Local Revenues Service, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.

 

Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.

At the Local Revenues Service.

Fees, terms and conditions

Performance term: 160 days

 

Fee:

For persons: 30.00 BGN;

For companies – 50.00 BGN.
