Issuance of order for establishment of right of way through land property

Service description

The Mayor of Municipality Peshtera issues an order for establishment of right of way through land properties, when no other technical solution is possible.

 

 

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents:

 

  1. Application form.
  2. Copy of the title deed, or certificate of heirs, if required.
  3. Details of the owners of the properties, through which the right of way will be established.
  4. Written agreement of consent certified by Notary Public.
