Certificate for degree of completion of construction

Service description

You will be issued certificate for degree of completion of construction.

  

The service is provided to anyone, who wishes to perform transactions with real property during the stages of construction.  

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents:

 

  1.  Application form.
  2. Copy of title deed.
  3. Certificate of heirs, if necessary.
  4. Construction papers – building permit, protocol for given building line, approved projects, geodetic photographs, etc.

In case the application is not filed personally by you; you will need notarized power of attorney.
