Certification of building permit after expired term
Service description
If you have been issued building permit, which has lost its validity due to expired term, it can be recertified.
The building permit is a document, which is mandatory for the legal execution of the construction. The constructions are executed, only if they are allowed according to the Spatial Planning Act, i.e. if there is a valid building permit issued for them.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form;
- Title deed – copy;
- Building permit – original.
How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Please, file the application and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.

Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term: 7 days.
Fee: 50% of the fee for issuance of building permit.
