Service description

You will get an approval of transport communication projects, detailed development plans (DDP), partial modifications of DDP for intersections (for area marked with stop-lines).

What do I need to prepare?

To use this service you need to file the following documents: 

1. Visa for design, in the cases under Art.140 (3) of Spatial Planning Act or if issued upon request of the principal.

2. Three copies of the investment project, including scope and content, as per Regulation No 4 on the scope and content of investment project, broken down by specialties.

3. Preliminary contracts with the utility companies for connection to the networks of the technical infrastructure.

4. Declaration of consent as per Art.38(3, 4), Art.183 and Art.185 (2, 3) of the Spatial Planning Act /when the property is co-owned or is subject to condominium ownership, if required/.
