The Mayor of Municipality Peshtera authorizes the installation of advertising-information elements (AIE) on the territory of the Municipality, namely:

• Advertising elements;
• Information elements;
• Monumental-decoration elements.

Who is it intended for?

For any person, who wishes to install advertising-information elements on the territory of Municipality Peshtera.

No permit is required for installation of free-of-charge announcements for cultural, sport, humanitarian and educational events. Such announcements are allowed only at the designated locations. 

To use this service you need to file the following documents:

1. Permit Request.

2. Title Deed – a copy or a written consent of the owner of the property. If applicable, attach Certificate of Heirs

• For properties, which are under condominium ownership arrangements you are required to present a resolution of the General Meeting of the owners
• For state-owned properties you are required to present written permission from the administration or the organization managing the property.

3. Rent Agreement /established right to use/

4. Engineering opinion or project, if applicable.

5. Visualization of the AIE. 

The advertising and information elements (AIE) are installed on the territory of the Municipality after approved project.
