If you have been issued building permit, which has lost its validity due to expired term, it can be recertified. The building permit is a document, which is mandatory for the legal execution of the construction. The constructions are executed, only if they are allowed according to the Spatial Planning Act, i.e. if there is a valid building permit issued for them.
