Issuance of building permit for fences
Service description
You will be issued a permit for building of fence. The permit is required when the fence is solid or open-work, with height more than 60 cm above the terrain. The building permit is a document, which is mandatory for the legal execution of the construction.
What do I need to prepare?
To use this service you need to file the following documents:
- Application form.
- Document of ownership, including certificate of heirs, if necessary*;
- Visa for design, in the cases stipulated by the law*, or if issued upon request of the principal;
- Constructive conclusion for fences, etc;

How to request the service?

To request the service you must have registration in the portal for electronic services of Municipality Peshtera.

Please, file the application and the other documents at the Municipal Center for Services and Information to Citizens, Municipal Administration, 17 Doyranska Epopeia St, Peshtera.
Working time: from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm – on work days, without intermission.

Fees, terms and conditions
Performance term: 24 days.
Fee:
- for persons: 0.40 BGN for 1 linear meter.
- for companies: 0.80 BGN for 1 linear meter.
